Winkels Techniek is also your multi-faceted and multi-disciplinary contractor for projects. Specialists in housing association and utility (care) projects in the Netherlands and overseas. We are contributing to the construction of several hospitals abroad, such as in the Netherlands Antilles.

Winkels Techniek’s experienced experts also develop flexible plug & play technology. This part of Winkels Techniek can also be contracted for premises, including premises which can be dismantled. We manufacture this technology using an industrial construction method, which saves a huge amount of time at the construction site.

All partnerships are open to discussion
Winkels Techniek is open to wide-ranging, innovative forms of contracts. For example, Design & Build or Design & Construct contracts. In this type of partnership, we contribute constructive ideas on the building’s functionality during the preliminary phase. A different approach from simply supplying standardised solutions!

Feel free to challenge us as Co-maker
We also have a great deal of experience in the successful implementation of D&B assignments, such as for VU University Amsterdam and ELC Velp. The ever-changing role of the installation engineer comes to the fore in such assignments, a leading role in which we feel quite at home. More in a capacity as Co-maker and with greater responsibility than simply a contractor, including after delivery of the project. Feel free to challenge us on this.

Partnership with IDF
Pioneering’s IDF workshop is working on developing IDF extension and add-on modules which can improve the spatial, energy and material performance of the total lifespan of existing and new buildings. This development is a case for a comprehensive approach to sustainability aspects such as energy, materials, cost-savings, comfort and social durability. Winkels Techniek’s International & Specials department is involved in this.
