Tank installations below and above ground 
Winkels Techniek provides and installs a wide range of tank installations. Vertical and horizontal tanks, boilers, process and pressure vessels, piping, appendages, pump and dosing installations, ground works, cathodic protection and measurement and control technology.

Process installations
For process installation, Winkels Techniek is your experienced point of contact for pipe systems, compressed air networks and pipes for technical gases, high-pressure piping for purification systems, heat exchangers (energy renewal), industrial boilers (heat storage), welding: TIG, MIG, autogenous, PE electro fusion and industrial control systems.

Turnkey
Winkels Techniek can engineer and deliver complete tank parks. Including steel constructions, piping and loading platforms, roofing, storage and control buildings, concrete water-tight containers and filling areas and fire protection and alarm systems.

Periodic tank inspections 
Winkels Techniek can conduct periodic inspections of standard installations for you. For tank installations which do not meet the norms or are not certified, Winkels Techniek has developed an inspection concept called EMSafe©. EMSafe© comprises three phases: Quickscan, Introductory Inspection and Alteration with Certification.

Specialist in chemicals 
Winkels Techniek is one of the few specialists in tank installations above and below ground for applications in the chemical industry. We know exactly how to deal with hazardous, flammable and viscous substances. Over the past few decades, Winkels Techniek has realised many large and small installations for chemical companies.

Risk inventory and evaluation
Industrial tank installations cannot be realised without the strict application of legislation (Dutch AMVBs, CPRs and BRLs). Winkels Techniek can design these installations and have them inspected for you safely and reliably. By conducting a risk inventory and evaluation (RIE) for the entire installation and processes, you can restrict the risk of deviations to a minimum. The risk inventory and evaluation is assessed by an independent inspection institute (NOBO).
