Learn about the 5D platform and Winkels Techniek’s role

5D is a new platform, a different project approach to renovation or altering buildings, which chiefly focuses on education. It is a new modus operandi for partnerships, where partners work together in a sustainable and inter-project manner. Renovations are carried out more efficiently as everyone applies the same method and only those parties which add value to the chain are involved in the process.

5D was developed by two leading companies involved in construction: Winkels Techniek in its capacity as a multi-disciplinary installation engineer and Fleurbaaij Totaalafbouw for finishing and interior work. 5D works on the basis of a platform, whereby these two companies are regular partners. Screened and suitable parties such as architects, advisors or contractors may participate in the platform, depending on the project. The developed industry expertise and experience enable us to create spaces which seamlessly match the wishes and requirements of users. The 5D platform is a response to changing market conditions arising from new norms and requirements.

5D flourishes in modern assignments
We are very honest about the fact that 5D will not suit every client. The construction process has a rapid lead time. Always transparent and pure, but also focused more than in traditional construction on user costs and not solely on initial construction costs.
