All partnerships are open to discussion
Winkels Techniek is open to wide-ranging, innovative forms of contracts. For example, Design & Build or Design & Construct contracts. In this type of partnership, we contribute constructive ideas on the building’s functionality during the preliminary phase. A different approach from simply supplying standardised solutions!

Feel free to challenge us as Co-maker 
We also have a great deal of experience in the successful implementation of D&B assignments, such as for VU University Amsterdam and ELC Velp. The ever-changing role of the installation engineer comes to the fore in such assignments, a leading role in which we feel quite at home. More in a capacity as Co-maker and with greater responsibility (risk-bearing) than simply a contractor, including after delivery of the project.
